Bite Me

Here’s the thing… I am not a foodie, nor do I really like to cook, but I am interested in food from around the world.  I eat because I have to; I cook because I have to, but ever so often, I go out on a whim and cook.  I like to create my own recipes.  Usually, I’ll read a few, research ingredients, and then make my own.  Some times the results are incredible; sometimes not so much.
